Multi-year Digital Accessibility Plan 2025-2027

ODDO BHF aims to make its digital services accessible to all. To this end, we have defined a multi‑year accessibility plan for 2025–2027.

Enforcement procedure

Are you experiencing accessibility issues with our service? This section explains whom you can contact in such cases.

The competent authority is the Market Surveillance Authority of the German Länder for the Accessibility of Products and Services (MLBF).
The MLBF monitors whether economic operators comply with certain legal requirements. Our bank is also subject to MLBF supervision.

If you encounter difficulties when using our service, you may submit a request to the MLBF. The authority may then initiate legal measures against us as an economic operator, if applicable (legal basis: Section 6 or Section 7 of the BFSG).

In your request, you may claim that we have violated a requirement of the BFSG. Alternatively, you may claim a violation of a requirement of the Regulation on the Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSGV) (issued pursuant to § 3(2) BFSG).

MLBF contact details:
Address: Marktüberwachungsstelle der Länder für die Barrierefreiheit von Produkten und Dienstleistungen
Telephone: 030 1663-3169

If, after contacting the authority above, no satisfactory solution has been found, you may turn—under § 34 BFSG—to the Conciliation Body in accordance with § 16 of the Act on Equal Opportunities for Persons with Disabilities (BGG).
The BGG Conciliation Body supports out‑of‑court dispute resolution on accessibility matters between persons with disabilities and federal public bodies. The conciliation procedure is free of charge, and no legal counsel is required.

More information about the conciliation procedure and application options is available at:www.schlichtungsstelle-bgg.de.

You may contact the BGG Conciliation Body directly at: [email protected].
