Laetitia is a graduate of the ICD Groupe IGS business school and began her career in 2001 with HSBC as a Private Banker. In 2005, she joined ODDO BHF Banque Privée as a Private Banker before moving into team management. Since 2018, Laetitia has been Affluent Sales Director.
